Effects of Tobacco Addiction

As my first blog I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nick, I am 24 years old and I started this site because at one point I felt that I was starting to become addicted to tobacco products specifically (Cigarettes). It seems as though this all started when I was about 20 years old and I was out with friends socially smoking a cigarette here and there. Was I addicted at this point? I don’t believe so. Did it gradually get worse and happen more often? Yes. So at any rate throughout the next couple months I will be posting my story and some information that I found helpful. I can only provide a small amount of content because I am not a 10 year smoker, however I would like to get some people that could tell their stories along with me.
